Job Responsibilities :
- Maintain Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager and HCL BigFix solutions.
- Maintaining system patching and software deployments.
- Supporting Office 365.
- Respond to requests, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent experience to perform the principal job duties.
- 4-6 years experience in systems administration.
- Experience with Microsoft Server environments, including Microsoft Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with enterprise-class applications.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Strong communication skills.
