Job Responsibilities
- Interpret and document system specifications aligned with business requirements
- Oversee technical activities in design, implementation, testing, and production phases
- Create solution architecture, interface design, and API documentation
- Lead and support technical teams through development phases
- Manage regulatory requirements effectively
Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years in the banking IT domain, financial institutions, or consulting
- 3+ years in IT project and service delivery
- Bachelor's Degree (mandatory)
Key Skills Required
- Systems Analysis & Business Analysis expertise
- Solid understanding of Banking Products & Operations
- Experience in Data Analytics, MIS Reporting
- Troubleshooting & Support skills
- Stakeholder Management
- Knowledge of Cloud Technologies
- Documentation skills (FSD, SSD, TDD, IDD, ISD)
- Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, MySQL, ETL, Microservices, APIs, and Web Services
Technical Tools
- SoapUI, PLSQL Developer, Postman, Jira, MS Office
