To deliver an effective HR service through efficient planning and execution of work processes.
To maintain professional confidentiality regarding employee personal and company-sensitive information.
To manage and maintain personnel records in accordance with company procedures.
To act as a focal point for employee issues.
To help maintain strong internal customer relationships with designated Company business areas.
To identify, analyse and assist in solving HR issues and contribute to HR process re-engineering as required.
To ensure the effective management of one or more of the following;
To assist with recruitment related duties (scheduling interviews, running reports from database, sourcing applicants).
To provide administrative support within the Employment area by following established employment policy guidelines relating to recruitment, advertising, applicant tracking, interviewing, selection, job offers and rejections and assisting with the new hire documentation process.
To prepare and maintain employment and benefit records, reports and statistical information.
To maintain the database and records for the Company's performance appraisal system.
To perform data entry into the ERP system to support the Corporate Human Resource function and advise on the system development requirements and coordinate its development activities.
To ensure that monthly payroll for all company employees is processed on time.
To prepare reports as and when required like the Headcount reports.
To administer loan processing and ensure the deduction of the instalments on a monthly basis.
To conduct analyses of company data and provide requisite reporting, assuring validation and integrity of data and also to thereby assist in all compensation related functions. To also perform job audits and analyses of individual positions, classes and series of classes.

Education & Experience
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
6 to 9 years of relevant work experience in human resource administration
