Key Requirements:

4 : 6 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the construction sector

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation

Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
