About the Role:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the growth and success of both Yole and Bayouki. Your expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies will be essential in building a high-performing team that aligns with our company's values and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various channels.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and provide timely updates on their application status.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Employer Branding:
- Promote and enhance the company's employer brand through various initiatives.
- Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor recruitment metrics and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports to senior management.
- Compliance & Best Practices:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all recruitment activities.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
- Proven track record of successful hires and talent management.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Skills:
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with social media recruiting and employer branding strategies.
