Your Role
- Responsible for the areas of Recruitment & Employer Branding.
- Responsible for the recruitment process while ensuring all KPIs are met.
- Manage the workforce planning exercise.
- Design the yearly employer branding calendar.
- Manage the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion calendar.
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events.
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field (Preferably Human Resources).
- At least 5 years of working experience in a similar position in multinational.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple issues and projects in a fast paced environment.
