As a Senior Talent Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills and careers of our team members. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing training programs, identifying development needs, and driving employee engagement initiatives.

• Develop and Implement Training Programs:
• Design, develop, and implement training programs that address organisational needs and enhance employee skills.
• Identify Development Needs:
• Conduct assessments and analyses to identify the development needs of employees across various departments.
• Organise Workshops and Seminars:
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other educational activities to promote continuous learning.
• Monitor Training Effectiveness:
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Drive Employee Engagement:
• Develop and implement strategies to boost employee engagement and foster a positive organizational culture.

• Fluent English skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent development or related fields.
• Strong background in designing and delivering training programs.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools.
• Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve training effectiveness.
