NOK Human Capital is hiring Senior Talent Development Specialist for a very well-known multinational company specialized in fertilizers.
Location: Sokhna.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist senior and middle management level to set departmental/team objectives and targets to match SMART objectives criteria aiming to promote performance-based culture and increase quality of organizational goals cascading process.
- Prepare and facilitate year-end ratings and calibration (rating distribution) to ensure proper completion of the annual performance review cycle while matching the normal distribution and performance differentiation.
- Prepare the performance appraisal grievance schedules and documentations as well as supervise the set action plan for the under-performers as well as the translation of relevant documents to match compliance and legal guidelines.
- Manage scheduling, enrolment and logistics for the management/leadership development programs including learners data update.
- Generate reports and analytics for performance management and leadership development programs addressing senior-middle management level based on their IDPs.
- Contributes to the bidding process of external SMEs/Partners that are contributing to the management/leadership programs cluster considering proper selection criteria.
- Facilitate and monitor the assessment center process, findings and database update that contributes to succession planning and career development activities.
Main Requirements:
-Bachelors degree in human resources, business, psychology, or other related fields.
-6+ years of experience in the talent management filed.
-HR diploma.
-KPIs certification
-V.G command of English on both verbal and written
-Excellent communication and persuasion without authority skills.
-Very Good command in MS office applications (Word, Excel & Power point)
-Ability to manage time effectively and deal with a high level of details.
-High level of enthusiasm for learning, researching & self-development.
