Chedid Capital Holding is looking for a Senior Talent Management Specialist to join our growing and dynamic team. As a Senior Talent Management Specialist you will be supporting in the development and implementation of the Talent Management Strategy and continuous enhancements and innovation in the internal processes for our entities across the region.
Responsibilities
- Work in close coordination with the Talent Management Manager and HR Director in the development and implementation of TM strategies and systems
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to establish long-term talent strategies, including identifying critical roles, assessing talent gaps, and creating plans to address them.
- Administer Talent Management programs and initiatives, overseeing the creation and delivery of reports, learning materials, and training resources aligned with organizational goals.
- Optimize and execute the Performance Management System, ensuring objectives, evaluations, and development plans are aligned with performance goals, and providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Assist in the optimization and implementation of the succession planning system with the HR and Management Heads
- Maintain and update the HR site with relevant developmental content, training resources, and other materials
- Assist in the design of professional development materials (including training content, eLearning, and tracking systems) and coordinate the delivery of programs and trainings while making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 4 to 5 years of Experience in Talent Development
- Bachelor's Degree, Preferably in Human Resources Management
- Fluency in English is a must, French is a plus
- HR Certifications are a plus
- Tech-savvy
- Highly detail-oriented, passionate, energetic, and self-motivated individual
- Comfortable working in an environment in which businesses processes, tools, and deadlines are continually evolving
- Committed to creating & searching for new and innovative approaches to activities that enhance performance
