Job Description:
Join Imperium Group UAE's Architecture department as a Technical Architect, playing a pivotal role in producing intricate architectural drawings. Your primary responsibility will involve creating and coordinating detailed drawings, ensuring high-quality output, addressing clashes between disciplines if encountered, and actively contributing as a team player.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate comprehensive architectural drawings that encompass detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and specific construction elements, ensuring a thorough depiction of the architectural design. Attention to detail is crucial to spot flaws or discrepancies in the drawings.
- Guarantee adherence to and compliance with building codes, regulations, and established design standards to ensure that the architectural work meets all required criteria and guidelines.
- Detect and pinpoint clashes and conflicts that may arise among various disciplines, including architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Work closely with the technical manager and collaborate effectively with other team members to address and resolve clashes and discrepancies, facilitating a harmonious and coordinated approach to design solutions, while demonstrating strong teamwork skills.
- Revise drawings as directed by the technical manager's instructions to ensure that all modifications and adjustments align with the project's requirements and standards.
- Deliver projects on time and adhere to deadlines, ensuring efficient project completion and timely delivery of architectural designs.
Key Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Proficiency in CAD and other architectural design software.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Effective communication, collaboration abilities, and being a team player.
- Substantial experience in technical architecture and design implementation, with a keen eye for detail to spot flaws in drawings.
