Responsible for drawings and following up with technical designs and documents starting from concept development through to completion. Reviewing the shop drawing submitted by the contractor as well as outsourced shop drawings and coordinating their approval process with the management team.

- Study requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
- Responsible for reviewing structure & MEP drawings and technical coordination between all disciplines.
- Review sub-contractors shop drawings as well as outsourced shop drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant.
- Coordinating with the design team and ensuring all documents are updated and all details are studied.
- Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the Design Manager for discussion and proper solution.
- Review client modifications and requests by the community team and ensure no all issues are resolved with no delay.
Requirements
- BSc of Engineering (Architecture)
- 4-6 years experience in design development. field- preferably in construction sites/projects
- Communication skills - Analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Revit, and Google Sketch up - Fluency in English
