Senior Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Lead to join our team in Iraq. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in cloud technologies, particularly with hands-on experience in Red Hat OpenStack, Palo Alto Networks, F5 deployments, and IBM Watson Cloud Pak. In addition to technical proficiency, the Senior Technical Lead must have a deep understanding of the local IT landscape and cultural nuances to effectively lead technical initiatives and drive successful outcomes in the region.

Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, providing guidance and support in the implementation of cloud solutions and IT infrastructure projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess client requirements and design customized solutions that meet their business needs.
Drive the adoption of best practices and standards in cloud architecture, security, and deployment methodologies.
Hands-on implementation and configuration of Red Hat OpenStack, Palo Alto Networks, F5 deployments, and IBM Watson Cloud Pak.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
Effectively navigate the local IT landscape and cultural nuances to overcome challenges and drive successful outcomes.
Requirements:
Proven experience of 6 years minimum in technical leadership roles, with a focus on cloud technologies and IT infrastructure.
Strong technical expertise in Red Hat OpenStack, Palo Alto Networks, F5 deployments, and IBM Watson Cloud Pak.
Deep understanding of the local IT landscape and cultural nuances in Iraq.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Red Hat Certified Engineer, Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer) are a plus.
Eligibility to work in Iraq.
