We are currently searching for an enthusiastic and innovative Project Manager to work on our Project Management Office (PMO) supporting and implementing Alnafitha's solutions portfolio.

Responsibilities:
- Validate the contract, RFP, technical proposal, and the profitability matrix on the CRM.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Identify project phases, stages, and activities and upload them on the project tool.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Control the project communication between all stakeholders and documents.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals based on the KPI
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Use and continually develop leadership skills.
- Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Validate the project deliverables with the client per each phase in the project and get the milestones acceptance.
- Create a closing report review it with the client and get the final signed sign-off document.
- Support collection team when facing issues regarding the payment after getting the sign-off.
Requirements
Candidate Experience:

Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE II (Must)
- Agile Master
- ITIL Foundation (Must)
Technical Skills:
- Experience in the following technology: +5 project management
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent using Microsoft project.
- Strong knowledge of Could, IT service management, security, unified communication solution project implementation.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology.
- Negotiation Skills.
- Data Analytics.

Working Conditions:
Business travels could be required up to 60% [covered by the company].
Must be available for duty role (24/7, 1 week in 4), definitely NOT 8 to 5 worker.
