Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Manager at Tidalsystems in Cairo. The Technical Support Manager will be responsible for providing customer support, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering high-quality customer service on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting abilities
- Experience in software deployment, including IIS and database in local and cloud hosts (MS Azure)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in software support or IT helpdesk roles
- Knowledge of business-integrated software systems (ERP, HCM, API)
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Plan, organize, and manage software development projects from initiation to closure
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource allocations
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and designers
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence toproject milestones and deadlines
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
- Facilitate project meetings, including regular status updates, planning sessions, and retrospectives
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure quality standards are met through effective project management and quality assurance practices
- Implement and improve project management processes and methodologies as needed
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in software development and project management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
Proven experience as a software project manager, managing full software development lifecycle projects
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Experience managing Agile software development projects is preferred
