Contract Details
- Contract Duration: 12 months, with the possibility of renewal
- Joining Date: Within 2-3 months
- Working Hours: 6 days per week, totaling 48 hours

Position Requirements
- Proven experience overseeing construction work and managing engineering maintenance projects, either by in-house teams or external contractors
- Exceptional fault-finding abilities and expertise in assessing and implementing corrective actions
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction best practices, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and general construction, with a strong focus on detail and quality
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and email, with comfort in using spreadsheets for basic calculations, project communication, maintenance lists, and related administrative tasks
- Strong report-writing skills, including the ability to create worklists, specifications, and detailed scopes of work
- Fluency in spoken and written English
