Senior Telesales Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop new prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales.
• Maintains and nurtures relationships with corporate customers.
• Create new business opportunities & achieve sales goals
• Enter and update customer information in the database.
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner

Qualifications:

• minimum 2 years of experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
