What You Will Be Doing
- Facilitate learning sessions that empower associates to make accurate, quick decisions.
- Collaborate with business leaders, SMEs, and other key stakeholders to assess learning needs aligned with business objectives through training surveys, performance trends, and feedback.
- Develop and refine content based on updates, stakeholder interviews, and SME input.
- Adjust course content based on data and feedback to improve its effectiveness.
- Deliver accessible training across various formats, adapting content to fit individual and group needs.
- Create engaging materials that encourage effective learning progress.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with associates, trainers, managers, and stakeholders.
- Recommend appropriate training methods to fit each initiative.
- Identify minor obstacles and escalate larger risks when needed.
- Contribute to defining success metrics and assessing training effectiveness.
- Enhance existing training processes, including agendas, curricula, assessments, and standard operating procedures.
- Support tool launches and procedural changes through testing, open office hours, or internal updates.
- Spot knowledge gaps, suggest training opportunities, provide feedback to associates, and support improvement initiatives.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification.
- 2-4 years of experience in Learning & Development.
- Strong ability to clearly communicate information and facilitate learning for diverse audiences.
- Experience collaborating with a global team to achieve shared goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
- Proven ability to adapt training methods to meet diverse learning preferences.
- Experience in program or project management. (Preferred)
- Skilled in gathering requirements and drafting detailed, clear documentation. (Preferred)
- Experience in Business Communications or Leadership training. (Preferred)
