What You Will Be Doing
- Drive Tanfeeth s transformation strategy, shaping and executing the digital roadmap.
- Collaborate with senior executives to define transformation objectives and long-term vision.
- Create a comprehensive roadmap with clear goals, milestones, and strategies.
- Collaborate with business to equate, qualify, deliver, and track ROI.
- Manage key stakeholders (internal customers) within Tanfeeth and Group (ENBD, EI)
- Oversee execution of enterprise priorities and associated organizational change activities.
- Steer cross-functional teams and external vendors to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor delivery progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Enhance digital channels and optimize digital products/services based on customer insights.
- Live by and promote Tanfeeth values across the organization.
- Work with the key stakeholders to create, evolve, and communicate the overall vision and roadmap based on market context and company strategy.
- Responsible for identifying and assessing areas that require transformation to enhance efficiency, competitiveness, and adaptability to evolving market conditions.
- Work with key stakeholders to understand business and customer pain points that need to be answered and engage the wider organization to address these opportunities.
- Prepare SI driven business cases and secure appropriate approvals.
- Ongoing ROI benefits monitoring and tracking process with finance and impacted business units.
- Provide solutions aligned with the transformation strategy and informed by diagnostic results.
- Ensuring adherence to project scope & timelines
- Align internal and external stakeholders to derive the optimal project outcome.
- Perform diagnostic across operational activities and derive possible improvement portfolio.
- Escalate potential risks to senior management.
- Prepare draft agreements & ensure consensus from respective parties
What We Are Looking For
- Extensive experience in digital banking, a deep understanding of the financial services industry, and a proven track record of leading transformational initiatives
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in project management or consulting
- Proven success working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities while managing tactical and strategic deliverables, and ability to concurrently manage multiple projects and timeframes.
- Experience mapping as-is processes and designing a project portfolio to address inefficiencies.
