We deliver end-to-end solutions that result in revolutionary work. We are seeking a highly skilled UI Designer to join our team. The Senior UI Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces across various digital platforms. They will collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of design and functionality. What you'll be doing: Design and create user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Develop high-quality visual designs from concept to execution. Collaborate with UX designers to ensure a cohesive user experience. Create and maintain design systems and component libraries. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders. Conduct user research and evaluate feedback. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards. What you'll need to succeed:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in UI design is required. Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Graphic Design, Interaction Design) or equivalent practical experience is required. Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD and Adobe Creative suite. Strong understanding of design principles and best practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Strong portfolio showcasing previous work experience and design projects. Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design. Solid understanding of usability principles and when to apply them in your work.
