Role:
GoPlace, a dynamic and innovative hospitality service provider, seeks a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team full-time. As a leading SaaS product in the industry, GoPlace offers a comprehensive CRM system tailored to the unique needs of the hospitality sector. We are looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX designer who can contribute their expertise to enhance the user experience and visual appeal of our platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a team of passionate designers and developers, shaping the future of our product. In addition to our product, you will also contribute your skills and expertise to other exciting projects.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers, to understand project requirements and goals
- Continuously extract and discuss creative ideas and present them to the project manager
- You will conduct user research, and wireframe, build prototypes, maintain design systems, and deliver pixel-perfect designs.
- Design intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences for our SaaS-based hospitality CRM system.
- Mentor Designers and assist them in their development and growth
- Engineering hand-off experience to ensure developers have everything they need to build the designed solution.
- Gains a deep understanding of the product to proactively identify tasks, and workflows and anticipate implications to improve the overall product experience
- Contribute to preparing timely and accurate reports that concern the line of work to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
- +3 years of design experience in a digital product
- Have adequate knowledge of Atomic design systems.
- Strong portfolio of projects showing an excellent eye for design and good execution of design concepts
- Experience in designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems
- Adequate use of Figma for design and prototyping is a must
- Experience working with startups is a plus
