Senior UX Designer-Workplace Service-Information System

Responsibilities

1. Design major functional modules or new products independently from 0 to 1;

2. Utilize user research, usability testing, and other methods to effectively discover product opportunities and issues. Drive product design iterations and upgrades continuously;

3. Proficient in design software and tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and AI. Efficiently produce wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes at different project stages to facilitate project collaboration;

4. Familiar with design specifications for platforms such as Web, iOS, Android, and mini-programs to ensure cross-platform design solutions with a good user experience;

5. Solve complex design problems in enterprise-level systems;

6. Extract system design specifications and patterns through design practice, and summarize design methods and experiences that can be universally applicable and reusable for the team;

7. Gain in-depth understanding and knowledge of the related industry. Maintain effective communication and collaboration with products, operations, development, and other stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

. Bachelor's degree in design-related fields (such as interaction, visual, product, industrial), computer science, or related fields, minimum of three years of relevant experience in internet design work;

2. Strong logical thinking and ability to think in models, to identify underlying problems rather than surface-level issues;

3. Strong learning ability, able to learn and understand new fields and knowledge quickly;

4. Self-driven, continuously pursuing higher design standards and quality;

5. Excellent communication skills and possess a spirit of teamwork, able to understand and consider problems from different perspectives;

6. Maintain enthusiasm for design and possess a passion for life.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, or related fields;

2. Experience in designing enterprise-level B2B products;

3. Experience working in large-scale design systems, participating in design system building, design specification refinement, and similar tasks;

4. Capable of guiding and assisting other designers in their work.
