Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior to lead our Corporate Tax and VAT Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving team performance, and ensuring that organizational goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Identify training and development needs within the team.
• Handle conflict resolution and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in Audit with knowledge in Corporate Tax and VAT.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proven ability in project management, to drive results and improve processes.
