Job Purpose
Ensure execution Corporate Finance department in the execution, management and reporting of corporate & development funding and financial risk management
Roles And Responsibilities
DEBT FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
- Identify the compliance framework and ensure monitoring of compliance with undertakings and compliance requirements of existing debt facilities
- Develop periodic reporting to management of budget, actual and forecast gross / net debt and interest expense / income
- Manage and support the team in execution, including management of documentation and security arrangements, of new bank facilities and debt instruments
- Lead the execution process when executing any drawdowns, (pre)payments relating to existing debt facilities
- Lead and manage the relationship with banks and financial institutions on corporate and project funding arrangements and ongoing information and compliance requirements
CAPITAL STRUCTURING AND FUNDING STRATEGY
- Review and develop analysis of Company's financial structure and various options / sources of capital, including impact on credit rating
- Develop the implementation of annual funding plan
- Develop and ensure updated financial risk management policies / strategies
DEVELOPMENT FUNDING
- Develop project financing structures and build strategic stakeholder relation with internal and external stakeholders to build financial model, deliver required financial analysis and draft briefing materials for management
- Lead fund raising activities and helping set up appropriate fund structures
- Lead with internal stakeholders and advisors to develop appropriate investor engagement materials
BUSINESS PLANNING AND INVESTMENT ANALYSIS
- Ensure business planning and investment analysis processes
Qualification And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance or economics from a reputable university, Master degree preferrable
RELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCE:
- Min of 12+ years of experience in big 4, or blue-chip corporate environment
- 6+ years of experience in investment banking, with strong exposure to corporate finance, financial modelling and investment analysis
YOE IN MANAGERIAL POSITION
- Min of 4+ years in a managerial position.
Technical And Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent analytical skills, presentational skills, attention to detail to ensure high level of accuracy
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- High level of professional and personal ethical standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written), adept at building strong relationships and teamwork
