Our team is growing and are now looking for a new skilled person to join our Dubai Office.
Position Overview:
We are now looking for a Head Watchmaker to join our production team in Dubai. IFLW Concept works with various hand-painted techniques to customize and modify watches and accessories. you should be passionate about watches and everything around them.
Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with a Move Forward attitude.
Oversee and manage the watchmaking department, ensuring all watches are serviced and repaired to the highest standards.
Disassemble and reassemble watches.
Diagnose and repair movements.
Authentication of luxury and high-end watches.
Handle high-pressure situations with ease, ensuring quality and precision in all work.
Qualifications:
Prior Experience as a Watch Maker.
Meticulous with an eye for detail.
Fluent in English.
Strong concentration skills.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage a high volume of watches.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and precision.
Certification from a recognized watchmaking school is preferred but not required.
