The Senior Web Developer will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and microservices architecture. This position requires expertise in system analysis, business analysis, ERP integration, and experience with JIRA for project management. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in web development and be adept at translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web Application Development:
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Implement and manage microservices architecture to enhance scalability and performance.
• Develop and integrate with ERP systems to streamline business processes.
• System and Business Analysis:
• Conduct system analysis to identify and address technical requirements and challenges.
• Perform business analysis to understand and document business needs, translating them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
• AWS Server Management:
• Deploy, manage, and maintain applications on AWS infrastructure.
• Ensure optimal performance, security, and cost-efficiency of AWS services.
• Implement best practices for cloud-based development and deployment.
• Microservices and API Development:
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs for integration with various services and applications.
• Ensure efficient communication between microservices and other components of the system.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues within the microservices environment.
• Team Collaboration and Mentorship:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, designers, and business analysts.
• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices.
• Project Management with JIRA:
• Utilize JIRA for project management, task tracking, and collaboration.
• Create, manage, and update JIRA tickets to reflect project progress and priorities.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in web development.
• Propose and implement improvements to enhance the development process and product quality.
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation and user guides.

Qualifications:

• Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in web development, with a focus on Java and Spring Boot.
• Proven experience with AWS services and cloud-based development.
• Strong background in system analysis, business analysis, and ERP integration.
• Experience with JIRA for project management and task tracking.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework.
• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
• Strong understanding of AWS services and deployment practices.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
