Job Title: Senior WordPress Developer

Location: Jounieh (onsite)

Schedule: 9h00 till 6h00

Job responsibilities:

As a Senior WordPress Developer, the candidate will be a key player in the planning, development and maintenance of WordPress websites and applications, performing the below tasks:

- Lead the development of WordPress websites, themes and plugins.

- Collaborate with Project Managers, designers and other developers to understand project requirements and goals.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, best practices and security standards.

- Stay current with industry trends, WordPress updates and emerging technologies.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress development.

- Optimize website performance and ensure mobile responsiveness.

- Participate in the full site development lifecycle, including strategy, planning, design, development and deployment.

Job requirements:

- 3+ years of experience as a WordPress Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your WordPress projects.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- In-depth knowledge of WordPress, PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Strong understanding of best practices in WordPress security.

- Experience with WordPress site optimization for speed and scalability.

- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.

- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
