• Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Senior Systems Engineer with expertise in HPE and Dell technologies to join our IT infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level server and storage solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of HPE and Dell systems, as well as the ability to lead complex projects and provide advanced technical support.

• Key Responsibilities:

System Architecture & Design:

• Design and implement robust and scalable server and storage solutions using HPE and Dell technologies.

Develop system architectures that meet business requirements for performance, reliability, and scalability.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

Implementation & Integration:

• Lead the deployment, configuration, and integration of HPE and Dell server, storage, and networking solutions.

Implement virtualization solutions using technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or similar platforms.

• Ensure seamless integration of HPE and Dell systems with existing IT infrastructure, including backup, disaster recovery, and cloud environments.

System Administration & Optimization:

• Manage and maintain HPE and Dell server and storage environments, ensuring high availability and performance.

Perform regular system monitoring, capacity planning, and performance tuning.

• Implement and maintain best practices for system security, backup, and disaster recovery.

Troubleshooting & Support:

• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for complex issues related to HPE and Dell systems.

Lead root cause analysis for system incidents and implement long-term solutions.

• Offer advanced technical support and guidance to junior engineers and IT staff.

Upgrades & Migrations:

• Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and patch management with minimal disruption to business operations.

Evaluate and recommend new HPE and Dell technologies to improve infrastructure efficiency and performance.

• Ensure that all systems are up-to-date with the latest firmware, patches, and security updates.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and changes.

Prepare detailed reports on system performance, incidents, and capacity utilization.

• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures.

• Required Qualifications:

HPE and Dell Certifications (e.g., HPE ASE, HPE Master ASE, Dell EMC Proven Professional).

• years of hands-on experience with HPE and Dell server and storage technologies.

Extensive knowledge of server virtualization, storage area networks (SAN), and networking principles.

• Strong understanding of system administration, including performance tuning, capacity planning, and security best practices.

Experience with data center environments and enterprise IT infrastructure.

• Proficient in scripting and automation for system management (e.g., PowerShell, Python).

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex system challenges.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to lead projects and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with [specific technologies or solutions relevant to your environment, such as HPE Synergy, Dell VxRail, etc.].
