Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a competent and performance-driven Service Advisor to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers in the workshop, Service Advisors play a pivotal role in shaping the image of the Service Department, portraying a sense of trust and confidence.
Responsibilities:
Promptly ask questions and record customer requests.
Gather accurate details of complaints from customers for swift resolutions in the workshop.
Demonstrate empathy and seek clarification on customer requests.
Assess workshop capacity and commit to delivery times.
Verify invoice accuracy and alignment with the performed work.
Notify customers upon completion of work and agree on pickup times.
Provide clear explanations of the completed job and invoice details, guiding customers to the cashier.
Promote value-added services to enhance customer experience.
Resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
Required Skills for Success:
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
Possess technical knowledge to provide up-to-date technical information in response to customer inquiries.
Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service, with a willingness to go the extra mile.
Strong communication skills in English, and proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
About the Team:
This role reports directly to the Reception Manager and involves working in a dynamic workshop environment. Daily interactions with Workshop Supervisors, Controllers, Foremen, and Technicians are integral to the role.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree from a Technical school, Certificate, or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry or a similar role.
Broad-based knowledge to serve as a reliable consultant is essential for success in this role.
UAE Driving License.
