Responsibilities:- Utilize leads generated through social media networking to convert potential customers.
Create job cards for customers upon their arrival at the garage.- Communicate with clients to understand their inquiries and concerns.
Liaise with the floor supervisor and the floor diagnosing team to identify and address the issues with the customer's vehicle.
- Find the appropriate solution for the customer's car troubles.
Ensure all necessary repairs and services are accurately documented on the job card.- Oversee the delivery process of vehicles to customers, ensuring a seamless experience.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from lead acquisition to car delivery.
- Adhere to all company and garage rules and regulations.
Previous experience in the automotive industry in a service advisor role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of automotive systems and terminology is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with social media networking platforms.
