SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Service Center Lead to manage service order support for a facility O&M contract in Doha, Qatar.
- Manage facility maintenance records and service orders for the contract.
- Supervise supporting staff.
- Ensure timely processing, prioritization, tasking, and close out of O&M service orders.
- Manage preventive maintenance and service scheduling and tasking.
- Supervise technical library with OEM references, historical documentation, warranty records, etc.
- Prepare reports.
- Associates degree. High school diploma and 10 years of experience may be substituted.
- 7 years of experience providing O&M services with 2 years of experience supporting a U.S. Government customer overseas.
- 3 years of supervisory experience.
- 2 years of service order management.
- Maximo asset management experience.
- Proficient written and verbal communicator.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
