What You Need To Know
This position provides support to services departments relating to the services function. Duties include coordination, general clerical, secretarial, AX (ERP) process and project-based work. Significant focus will be directed toward coordination and maintaining customers details, developing Word, Excel and Power Point Templates, coordinating logistics.
What We Are Looking For
Some of the Key Accountabilities:
- Manage the field pass tracker and ensure all the field personnel get necessary safety certifications/field pass/visas available.
- Training Calendar and manage the training for the team
- Manage competency sheet
- Time writing Weekly Update
- OT/Allowance Sheet- Prepare OT/Allowance sheet for payroll
- Provide enough assistance to proposal engineer for making technical proposal
- Review scope of work and arrange/allocate necessary resources including manpower, equipment & tools
- Prepare and manage the operations planner tracker to ensure on time service delivery with best utilization of service work force & equipment's.
- Identify solutions to client problems at field and provide remote support to the field techs at site with help of engineering.
- Ensure that all procedures and processes are carried out in accordance with the company QMS policies.
- Complete or compile necessary operational paperwork throughout duration of the project that includes:
- Project operations Manual
- Personnel and Equipment movements
- Pre Job-Meeting
- Timesheets
- Daily logs
- Post Project reporting
- Project Cost Tracker
- Project Progress Sheet
- Fault Report/RCA/OFI logging
- Invoicing
- Provide concise handover notes on projects to other nominated personnel during time spent out of the office.
- Prepare Risk Assessment, support in monitoring staff commitment to QHSE and Lead as an example to QHSE
- Personal commitment to Quality, Health, Safety and the Environment and FRESH values
Qualifications / Skills & Experience
Education
- Bachelors or Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant and equivalent engineering discipline to provide first point technical assistance.
Preferred
- Proven track record of managing projects in service environment including budget / cost control, revenue planning etc
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to keep all levels of the organisation informed
- Ability to manage and motivate staff, demonstrating leadership and focus on teamwork, growth and improvement
- Organised with excellent co-ordination, planning and decision-making skills
- Customer focused with a proactive approach to providing client satisfaction
Experience
- Experience within Oil and Gas industry.
- Work towards chartership with a recognised body
- Project management skills
