Job Description

Handling client s inquiries through phone calls or emails or any other channel and follow up on the necessary activities to achieve the desired services.
Taking ownership of client s issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
Responsible for receiving any defected part withdrawn from the site to be repaired, following the repairing process with the technical department, and following the delivery and installation of the repaired part. All activities to be done within the approved and scheduled time as per Client`s satisfaction requirements.
Achieving the set annual target through Selling more maintenance contracts, services, and spare parts on regular basis to increase the business volume and revenue of the department.
Prepare and monitor invoices issued for any maintenance visits or spare parts.
Coordinating the regular visits for maintenance contracts along with the daily emergency visits due to new received inquiries with all the team members.
Responsible for making the necessary coordination and follow up with the technical team to solve all problems in easier, timely, and more effective way.
Issue the ticket on the ERP system for the approved offers and send mail to the warehouse and finance to take the necessary action.
Daily Update on the ERP about the assigned tasks and technicians daily activities.
Prepare all reports to evaluate the progress of the raised problems.
Follow up on all the correspondence with the clients to avoid any conflict and keep documentation.
Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Execute all administrative responsibilities related to Service department including filling, scanning, letters, offers .etc

Desired Candidate Profile


Profile:

University graduate.
2 - 4 years of experience in maintenance, customer service or administrative.
Strong organization skills.
Dynamic and initiative person.
High level of facilitation skills including interactive communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of Arabic / English languages (written & spoken).
Computer and System practicality.
