Job Opening: Service Delivery Manager
- Salary: 15,000 to 25,000 aed
As the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of this newly launched AI product. You will play a critical role in ensuring the product's success by managing its day-to-day operations, optimizing processes.
- Role and Responsibilities:
Follow and execute the operational strategy and execution for AI products ensuring alignment with company objectives.- Develop and implement efficient processes to maximize productivity and ensure the highest quality of service.
Collaborate with product management, engineering, and user growth teams to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on operational performance, making data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring resources are allocated optimally to support business priorities.- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management of internet business, preferably AI related industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence.
- Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of the latest trends in artificial intelligence and generative content is highly desirable
