People who can embrace change easily and be very committed and determined.If this sounds like you, then we want you!What Are Your DutiesProviding service and support to all users of the Authority.Deploy and distribute updates, patches, and service packs based on approved change requests for users devices.User device support includes providing first-level support for user devices.Use the current service management system and update the service desk on assigned tickets.The presence of engineers in remote locations to provide support.And respond to any problems that may arise based on the expected expansion of new sites.Install and configure new user devices.Providing the service of transporting users devices from one location to another in the same building and transporting and installing devices from one location to another.First level support for the authority s applications on mobile phones.Providing the Authority with field engineers capable of communicating in Arabic/English.What are we looking for3 years in technical support and engineeringBachelor's degree of Computer Science.Expertise in software deployment and user device support.Proficiency in using the service management system.Capability to provide remote and on-site support.Skills in device transportation and installation.Knowledge of mobile device support.What we Offer:Full on-the-job training & support.Fun working environment and culture.Great opportunity for advancement.We See Equal at SMART:At our organization, we value diversity and are an equal-opportunity employer.
