We are seeking for 3 . The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for our equipment.

:

Provide prototype services, including equipment receipt, disassembly, transportation, installation, operation, inspection, rust prevention, and cleaning.

Deliver after-sales support by conducting equipment delivery inspections, performing regular maintenance, and troubleshooting issues.

Execute product improvement initiatives, focusing on technical upgrades and equipment enhancements.

Document and submit service order information and work dispatch details.

Offer technical solutions for equipment to customers, promote accessory sales, and meet accessory sales targets.

Gather and report on local industry service policies and competitor information.

Participate in service brand activities and customer reception events.

Collect and provide feedback regarding local service resource information.

:

Vocational degree or higher, with a focus in mechanical engineering or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the maintenance and repair of excavators, push dozers, or other heavy machinery, with proficiency in engine, electrical, and hydraulic maintenance, and the ability to independently resolve critical faults.
