Service Manager - Energy

Service Manager Cluster Saudi Arabia will be part of Energy High Voltage Business Unit based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The incumbent will lead the Service activities for three Business Units High Voltage, Grid Integration and Transformers and will be responsible to stabilize and grow the Service Business in Saudi Arabia from an organizational, market, as well as financial perspective.

The incumbent will ensure an excellent level of customer satisfaction by delivering on-time high-quality services and systems to the growing market. Utilizing the different internal as well as external channels to reach a full coverage of the developing market. Being part of the regional management team of the Business Unit High Voltage Products, contributing to the overall development and continuous improvements of people capabilities and the local business, as well as to the Global Service strategy.

Your background

• A bachelor or master degree in Electrical Engineering or Science, or Business Administration with an extensive technical background
• 10 -15 years of operational work experience, e.g service engineering, project management experience and managing complex or large project business unit in the relevant industry
• Previous work experience in Middle East or Saudi Arabia required
• Leadership and change management experience
