Job Description:-

• achieving the department’s business objectives by meeting assigned goals.
• Providing support to the after-sales manager in answering project queries to meet the customer requirement.
• Review and discuss everything with a customer regarding the quotations and contracts, and generate quotations.
• Follow up on service contracts and renewals.
• attending meetings with customers.
• Prepare contracts in Arabic and English.
• Prepare quotations for service works.
• Handle invoicing and collection follow-up for service works conducted. Â

Job Requirements:-

• preferable New Heliopolis and Naser City residents.
• Â Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Competency in negotiating and closing business deals.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
