Service Supervisor

Job Responsibility:

1. Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of service technicians specializing in Scissor lift, Boom lift, Manlift, ExcavatorFolklift,etc;
2. Assign tasks and manage work schedules to ensure timely and efficient completion of service jobs.
3. Monitor staff performance, conduct evaluations, and provide training to enhance technical skills and service quality.
4. Work may be performed in workshops, customer sites, and outdoor locations, including exposure to varying weather conditions.
5. Occasional travel may be required to different CD Horizon sites or customer locations.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field is preferred.
2. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a service supervisory role, ideally within the heavy machinery and lifting machineries
3. Strong technical knowledge of heavy machinery maintenance and repair processes.
4. Proven leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
