We are looking for a Project Manager (Salesforce) to one of our esteemed clients, making a distinguished impact on the global market for more than two decades.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Consultant with strong project management expertise and extensive experience in CRM implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading projects across various industries, with over 15 years of project management experience and relevant certifications. The role requires deep knowledge of ServiceNow, CRM systems, and best practices for successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end CRM implementations, with a focus on ServiceNow integration, ensuring projects meet time, budget, and scope requirements.
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide leadership in managing complex projects involving multi-disciplinary teams and external vendors.
  • Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, initiation, execution, monitoring, and closing.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, identifying risks, dependencies, and change management strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure the successful configuration, customization, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Lead customer and user training sessions and ensure the effective adoption of new CRM solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to project governance, compliance, and risk mitigation frameworks.
  • Drive post-implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize ServiceNow usage.

Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Consultant Certification is preferable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM implementation, including hands-on involvement in the design and execution of CRM projects.
  • 15+ years of project management experience, overseeing large-scale, complex IT projects across different industries.
  • PMP certification is required, with a solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Strong technical understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and their integration with ServiceNow.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage risks and resolve conflicts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Skills:

  • Expertise in ServiceNow, with a deep understanding of its modules, functionality, and customization.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading teams in diverse, global environments.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management tools and software, including MS Project, Jira, and others.
  • Proficient in managing budgets, timelines, and delivering successful project outcomes.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
