Job Description

ServiceNow CSM Consultant

Overview:

Our client is seeking a talented and motivated ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) Consultant to join their dynamic team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow CSM modules to meet business needs.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert guidance on best practices for ServiceNow CSM.
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and quality of deliverables.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure effective use of ServiceNow CSM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow CSM with other IT systems and tools.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow CSM implementations.

Requirements:

  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)
  • Certified ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow CSM modules
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Willingness to relocate to KSA if not already based there
