The Shared services Analyst develops and maintains databases related to facilities operational support including facilities inventory, facility condition assessment, building systems life cycle costs, scheduled and planned maintenance.
Duties
- Develops and manages the center3 facilities inventory, including room ownership, size
- Analyzes data and coordinates with others on proposed future space use based on facilities inventory data, room usage, and center3 space demands
- Develops and manages the center3 facilities condition assessment, including auditing all building systems, documenting their condition, projecting their expected useful life
- Manage daily O&M operations & tasks
- Follow up for security services , visit permission requests
- Work with security guards ensuring that everything is working
- Must have knowledge on Microsoft office
