Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Manager at Firewall Security & Defence (FSD) located in Cairo, Egypt. The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of security personnel, ensuring the smooth running of shifts, and maintaining a safe and secure environment. Additionally, the Shift Manager will be responsible for managing and resolving any security incidents or emergencies that may arise during their shift.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in security operations and management
• Knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and emergency response
• Ability to remain calm and handle high-stress situations
• Attention to detail and strong observational skills
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate with other departments
• Previous experience in the military or law enforcement is a plus
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required
