Management: Manage the effective achievement of Shop in Shop department objectives through the leadership of the Sales Director setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal in order to maximize subordinate and the performance of the department.
Budgets and Plans: Prepare and recommend the Shop in Shop department budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon
.Policies, Systems, Processes, & Procedures: Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
Day- to-day Operations: Supervises the day-to-day operations of Shop in Shop to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes, and procedures.
Staff Management: Management and train the team of around 250 employees including KAMs, KAEs, Area supervisors, Shop in Shop merchandisers and Sales Coordinators and ensuring they are well equipped to meet sales and service goals
Operation Management: Oversee Merchandising and display strategies to maximize sales potential.
Develop and implement sales and business development strategy and ensuring achievement of sales as per the budget.
Being part of strategic negotiations with customers.
Ensure the performance of existing customers is maintained and enhanced.
Prepare and present a monthly business review
Implementing and Controlling Bayara Shop in Shop guidelines.
Ensure a high standard of customer service delivered at all the times.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account international best practice, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Reporting: Prepare reports timely and accurately to meet Savola and Shop in Shop department requirements, policies and standards.
Health, Safety, & Environment: Monitor the adherence to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
