We are seeking a highly skilled Shopify Developer for a contract position to enhance our e-commerce operations. The contractor will have a background in subscription services and will focus on building and optimizing subscription tracks, migrating subscription services, fixing template issues, and implementing user engagement tools on our Shopify platform. This role is ideal for a professional who excels in Shopify development, including e-commerce integration and SEO optimization.

Responsibilities:

- Inventory Development:

- Design and implement two distinct subscription tracks within Shopify, ensuring functionality aligns with business objectives.

- Platform Migration:

- Manage the transition of subscription services from Appstle to Recharge, prioritizing data accuracy and system reliability.

- Template and Blog Improvements:

- Address and resolve issues in the current Shopify template and optimize blog settings for enhanced performance.

- Enhancing User Engagement:

- Develop a quiz for the checkout process to gather essential user information.

- Establish a referral system to boost customer acquisition and retention.

- Customer Insight Tools:

- Implement post-purchase and cancellation surveys to collect valuable customer feedback.

- SEO and Advertisement:

- Add Google Adsense to the blog for monetization.

- Integrate and configure Shopify's Yoast SEO plugin to improve blog search engine rankings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Demonstrated proficiency in Shopify development, with a portfolio showcasing completed projects.

- Experience with Recharge and Appstle for subscription management.

- Expertise in SEO optimization, Conversion Rate Optimization, and landing page development.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce integration and online store management.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Shopify Developer Certification or similar qualifications.

- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, API integrations, and Shopify.

- Familiarity with web analytics and user behavior tools.

Work Environment:
