About the Position:
We are looking to recruit a Showroom Manager to join Emirates Transport MRO team. This role is responsible for Managing the showroom operations and ensuring the showroom's long-term growth, profitability, and sustainability. In addition, support all efforts of quality, brand awareness, and managing showroom culture to provide best-in-class service.
Key Accountabilities:
- Drives quality and excellent customer service through regular inspections, implementation of customer suggestions, and immediate handling of complaints.
- Ensures adherence to the annual operating plan for the Luxury Cars Unit.
- Provides inputs related to own Unit in the budgeting process and ensures adherence to the assigned budgets.
- Monitors work processes and reports key metrics for the Luxury Cars Unit.
- Ensures smooth coordination and alignment with other sections in the Luxury Cars Unit
- Ensures operational and sales goals are met for the showroom and takes full ownership for managing the P&L for the showroom.
- Maintains showroom dashboard, providing management monthly reports on showroom activity and updated records of expenses and cost.
- Manages all aspects of the showroom to ensure high standards of service and the desired image of the brand.
- Maintains a best-in-class customer experience by developing and creating an environment of exceptional customer service, consistent with the brand.
- Communicates the sales plan and targets with the Customer Service Representatives to achieve targets successfully.
- Monitors the sales process starting from initial customer contact to final closure of sales and quality of documentation to ensure high quality of the entire process.
- Deals with critical issues, major customer complaints and ensures prompt action is taken.
- Ensures the showroom is constantly supplied with a sufficient variety of luxury cars to meet the sales demand.
- Develop strong relationships with key suppliers and develop win-win strategies that achieve sustainable relationships with suppliers.
- Prepares a stock requirement list for the month by specifying the details of the model of the car such as make, models, and number of vehicles with the approval of the Unit Head.
- Manages facilities, including working with external dealers, ensuring all areas of the showroom are maintained to the highest quality standards.
- Plans, coordinates, and hosts all brand-focused outreach and events in coordination with the Communications and Marketing departments.
Expected Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
Experience and Skills Set:
- Knowledge and proven track record in Relationship Management, Strategic Planning, Financial planning and budgeting, and Mechanical engineering.
- 8 years experience in Luxury Automotive Sales
