Job Description :
The Showroom Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the growth and development of the Tiles and Sanitary Ware business, ensuring business expansion through effective direction and oversight of business development activities in line with the organizational strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and budget target for the Tiles and Sanitary Ware business.
- Establish sales objectives and create sales plans for the Tiles and Sanitary Ware business.
- Identify and develop a pipeline of projects with key clients in the region.
- Meet regional sales objectives by providing valuable sales insights and recommendations for strategic planning and reviews.
- Maintainand expandcustomer base by counseling district sales representatives,building and maintainingrapport with key customers, andidentifying new customer opportunities.
- Resolve problemsand fulfill customer complaints effectively.
- Develop annual and monthly sales plan, Product, Volume and Value wise in consonance with the annual businessplan.
- Product-wise forecast accuracy, Product availability, Visibility outlet coverage and Sales System productivity.
- Administer the credit policy of the company and ensure collections within the specified credit limits.
- Identify market opportunities for increased sales volume and counter competitor activity through strategically designed sales promotions in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Periodically review performance of Area Sales Managers, Key Account Managers, Sales Executives, SalesRepresentatives, and Merchandisers, with the objective of improving performance, analyzing opportunities andbuilding greater result orientation.
- Developsales strategies for business development in line with company objectives and profitability target forthe division.
- Monitor customer preferences to guide sales efforts and oversee activities related to the sales of manufactured products.
- Determine price schedules and discountrates.
- Develop the brand strategy to enhance the image of existing products and successfully launch and establish new brands/products in the market.
- Coordinateand participatein trade shows and promotional activities, working with production mangers,advertisersand developers to market company services and products.

Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Economics, International Sales Management, or a related business field is required a Master's degree (MBA) is preferred.
- Has a minimum of 7-10 years of relevant sales experience in Tiles and Sanitary Ware.
