DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greets and assists customers in a cheerful and courteous manner.
- Arranges and displays merchandise to promote sales.
- Handles the cash counter and processes sales transactions. Report any discrepancy immediately to the Supervisor.
- Ensures the consistent delivery of customer service and client satisfaction.
- Maintain stock level; proactively replenish stock as and when needed.
- Ensures that all stocks are clearly and correctly priced.
Recommends additional products/items to the customer (Add on & cross selling) to meet their needs as well as to improve sales.
Attends to customers requirements, queries and complaints and resolve it effectively. Refers to the management as and when necessary.
- Maintain awareness of all items as well as knowledge of current sales and promotions.
- Full awareness of Store Retail Policies such as payment, exchanges, refunds and security practices.
- Maintain stockroom cleanliness and keep a proper stock location.
- Accurately perform goods receipt processing, including comparing it with the packing list, process validation in the POS system, tagging, pricing, stocking and displaying.
- Conducts inventory checks and reports to the manager to ensure availability of items.
- Helps in maintaining the cleanliness of the store, ensuring that it is always presentable.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethic codes.
A.QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 3 5 Years UAE experience.
- UAE Experience in dealing with Real estate, Private Villa Developer & Architects, etc.
- UAE Driving License is required.
- Fitness equipment background is preferable but not mandatory.
