Job Description

Primary Objective/Purpose of Role

To supervise, monitor and coordinate the store operations in a manner that will optimize the market share and savings, improve efficiency, help to archive the mission and goals, and result in outstanding customer service.

Salary Dhs. 5,000 + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

Store Operations

  1. Effectively execute store operating routines.
  2. Execute the opening and closing routines of the showroom as per the procedure.
  3. Achieve the sales turnover & gross margin as per the requirements.
  4. Ensuring the best customer service standards in store.
  5. Ensuring that the basic standards of the Store are maintained at all times.
  6. Ensuring the merchandizing standards and pricing standards in store are well maintained.
  7. Adhering with the back-office area standards.
  8. Implementing the safety & security Processes.
  9. Ensuring that the store is clean, neat and tidy.

Stock Ordering

  • Place all orders from the warehouse before running out of stock.
  • Replenishment of stock on the shop floor.
  • Supervising the garbage removal process.
  • Contributing to maximum filling rate on the shop floor.
  • Accountable for arranging for sold out items to be packed and sent for on time deliveries.
  • Responsible for goods receiving completion.
  • Creating of TR documents and follow up of TR closure within 48 hours.

Staff Wellness & Development

  • Contributing to the training and development activities.
  • Assisting in daily scheduling and annual leave planner.
  • In Charge for time attendance and reporting in the store.
  • Perform special assignments as given by the head of the department.

Knowledge, Skill & Competencies required

  1. Preferably a degree in retail management, business studies or equivalent.
  2. 4 - 5 years team leader experience in retail industry.
  3. Team Building, good interpersonal skills, people management, decision making, multitasking, optimistic.
  4. Skills in using selling and up selling techniques.
  5. Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  6. Excellent management and leadership skills.
  7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Strong organizational ability.
