Job Description

We are looking for the Showroom Team Leader position for our Showroom in Dubai
  • Store Operations
Effectively execute store operating routines.
  • Execute the opening and closing routines of the showroom as per the procedure.
Achieve the sales turnover & gross margin as per the requirements.
  • Ensuring the best customer service standards in the store.
Ensuring that the basic standards of the Store are maintained at all times.
  • Ensuring the merchandising standards and pricing standards in the store are well maintained.
Adhering to the back-office area standards.
  • Implementing the safety & security Processes.
Ensuring that the store is clean, neat, and tidy.
  • Stock Ordering
Place all orders from the warehouse before running out of stock.
  • Replenishment of stock on the shop floor.
Supervising the garbage removal process.
  • Contributing to the maximum filling rate on the shop floor.
Accountable for arranging for sold-out items to be packed and sent for on-time deliveries.
  • Responsible for goods receiving completion.
Creating of TR documents and follow up of TR closure within 48 hours.
  • Staff Wellness & Development
Contributing to the training and development activities.
  • Assisting in daily scheduling and annual leave planner.
In Charge for time attendance and reporting in the store.
  • Perform special assignments as given by the head of the department.
  • Knowledge, Skill & Competencies required
Preferably a degree in retail management, business studies or equivalent.
  • 4 - 5 years of team leader experience in the retail industry.
Team Building, good interpersonal skills, people management, decision making, multitasking, optimistic.
  • Skills in using selling and up selling techniques.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent management and leadership skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational ability.
Computer skills-knowledge of MS Office and experience in ERP system.
