Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Shuttering and Steel Foreman to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the UAE, with a strong background in managing shuttering and steel works for large-scale construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all activities related to shuttering and steelworks on-site
- Oversee a team of skilled workers to ensure high-quality work, efficiency, and adherence to safety regulations
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other foremen to ensure timely project progress
- Monitor and manage materials, equipment, and resources on-site
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality and ensure structural integrity
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and relevant building codes
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in shuttering and steelworks within the UAE construction industry
- Proven expertise in handling formwork, steel structures, and related construction methodologies
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate a team
- In-depth understanding of safety protocols and procedures for construction sites
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work in various locations across the UAE as required by project demands
